Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Orders are non-cancelable and payments are non-refundable upon shipping.
- Shipping Timeline: Orders placed before 1 PM CT Monday-Friday ship within 24 hours. JNJ will notify you if order volume will cause any variation to this shipping window. JNJ is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
- JNJ Apparel will issue a PO adjustment and refund for unavailable items before your order ships.
- Product is non-returnable unless Defective
- Products are decorated and manufactured in batches, and slight color variations between batches may occur. JNJ accounts for this when decorating and inspecting product and can not provide replacements or refunds for slight variances.
- Defective products:
- The garment is damaged or flawed
- The decoration quality does not meet reasonable expectations
- The design applied is materially different from the design presented online and/or as applied to past batches of the same product
- Defective Product Returns:
- Customer must inspect product and notify sales@jnjapparel.net of Defects within 10 business days of delivery to be eligible for return. Please provide photo evidence.
- JNJ will review the photo evidence and at our discretion arrange for return and refund of any pieces deemed Defect. JNJ can only refund Defective pieces that are returned.
- JNJ will only accept Defective product returns as authorized in writing by sales@jnjapparel.net.
