Shipping Timeline for Stocked Product: Orders placed before 1 PM CST Monday–Friday ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1 PM CST Monday–Friday ship within 3 business days. JNJ will notify you on or before the expected ship date of any variation to the standard shipping window. JNJ is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or company or carrier closures for holidays.
Shipping Timeline for Prebook Product: Prebook orders ship during the set shipping window, unless the customer requests a later ship date and JNJ accepts the requested later date in writing.
